Do you ship for free?

Do you offer next day deliveries?

Certainly! We provide next-day delivery service within the United Kingdom. Please keep in mind that the cut-off time for next-day delivery is 2:30 pm. Orders placed after this time may not be shipped out on the same day, and therefore may arrive the day after next.

Please be aware that orders on next-day delivery, placed on a Friday may be delivered on the following Monday, as it is the next working day. If your order is placed after 2:30 pm on Friday, your next-day delivery may arrive on Tuesday.

When ordering from the EU, you don't need to worry about additional VAT or duties. All relevant charges are included in your order, ensuring you won't face any additional fees from customs or courier services. However, if you encounter any unexpected charges, please contact us on info@zoyapolish.co.uk for assistance. When placing orders outside of the UK or EU, please be aware that VAT and/or duties may be applicable.

I've received a faulty item. What do I do?

If you've received a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us at info@zoyapolish.co.uk. Be sure to include your order number along with an image or video showcasing the damage or fault. This will expedite the resolution process. We're committed to promptly addressing the issue by either issuing a refund for your order or replacing the faulty or incorrect item.
